Appointments

  1. At time of scheduling we will make arrangements to access the property. Please note that on the day of your scheduled visit there will be a lock out fee of 1/2 of your original service price if we are unable to enter the property as planned. 

  2. Pets must be removed or secured during our visit, please check for any feces as we will not clean that area.

  3. Clear all clutter and wash dishes. 

  4. 100% Satisfaction is Guaranteed. If we missed something please let us know within 24 hours and we will return within 48 hours to correct the issue free of charge. We are unable to refund. 

Cancellations

  1. We understand things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule. A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling. Failure to provide notice within 24 hours will result in a fee of 1/2 of your original service price.

  2. You may cancel your reoccurring service at anytime, however it must be in writing and sent via email or mail.

Payments

  1. We accept Cash, Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, and Venmo.

  2. Full payment is due one business day prior to the cleaning appointment. Failure to make the payment will result in cancellation of the appointment.

  3. Reoccurring clients are required to keep a card on file and will be charged the day of service unless another form of payment has been arranged.

  4. Tips are not required but we will happily accept them as a form of your appreciation.

Privacy

Protecting your information is a top priority for us. The information you provide to Triple S Cleaning LLC is strictly confidential and will not be shared. We do like to use photos of our work for our social media and website, however we will not link any of your information to those photos.
